It will be operating out of a DIFFERENT location from our restaurant CRUST Miami, which will reopen its dining room when conditions permit (currently open 6 days for carry-out and delivery, CRUSTMIAMI.COM).

While other restaurants rush to reinvent themselves in order to adapt to an evolving dining environment, we at CRUST are building on what we started planning in 2012 and commenced operating in 2015: A QUALITY Carry-Out & Delivery concept.

CRUST has proven that a top-rated restaurant and pizzeria can be simultaneously operated under the same roof: Not a pizzeria with a second-thought food menu, and not a so-so restaurant that also serves pizza, but a highly regarded dining establishment with an equally acclaimed pizza parlor.

Our unique ability to deliver both fine meals and great pizza, fresh and crisp to peoples homes, perfected over the last five years at my highly successful brick-and-mortar CRUST Restaurant, will form the basis for our ProntoBites Miami, Quick-Bite, Carry-Out & Delivery concept. It cannot be overstated: This is very different from a pizza joint that delivers. The quality of food (full menu), our distinctive customer service and packing/delivery process is what will separate us from the competition.

I am seeking (preferably) one investor/s who understands the potential of this QUALITY Quick-Bite, Carry-Out & Delivery concept, and partner with me on multiple locations, each of which would operate with few employees and a notably low overhead. (I currently have no partners or investors at CRUST Restaurant, and I plan to open the first ProntoBites Miami location by myself).
